HOW IT WORKS

Watch it stitched, right in front of you.

A live embroidery event is exactly what it sounds like. We bring a working machine to you, and your guests watch their gift come to life in real time.

There is something about watching a needle move that stops a room. We have set up at weddings, showers, and company events alike, and the reaction is always the same: someone wanders over out of curiosity, and not long after, there is a line. Here is what the whole thing looks like, start to finish.

How a Live Event Works

1. Reach Out

Tell us your date, location, and the kind of event you're planning. We'll check availability and follow up with a real quote, not a form letter.

2. Choose Your Items

Pick what your guests will walk away with: totes, towels, burp cloths, hats, and more. Bring your own items if you'd like. We're happy to work with what you already have.

3. We Set Up On-Site

We arrive with our own machine, thread, and a setup that looks intentional. We just need [CLIENT TO CONFIRM: space and power requirements for on-site setup].

4. Guests Stitch Their Story

Each guest chooses their item, their thread color, and their monogram or design. Then they watch it get stitched, usually in about [CLIENT TO CONFIRM: average time per item], while they wait right there.
